My stay at the St. Regis Hotel Amman

For someone who loves to travel and explore as much as me, having to be locked up in Jordan wasn't the summer I had in mind.

But nothing can stop me from exploring and I took this as an opportunity to further discover what Amman has to offer and have a little staycation getaway in the most luxurious hotel, The St Regis.

Although I always like to book by using booking.com but for this staycation I used the hotels official website considering it had a discount, an opportunity for an upgrade and breakfast in bed! Three things I love to hear while making reservations.

Upon arrival I felt at comfort after seeing all employees wearing masks and taking social distancing and other precautions very seriously. I feel this is a crucial matter to seek while staying anywhere nowadays. And of-course one must not forget their own social responsibility to follow procedures.

Check-in went smoothly and it wasn't long till I found myself walking into the lobby and gazing at the magical stairway case, I made sure to take the stairs instead of elevators just so I can admire it in all its glory. It certainly felt like it was taken from a classic Disney movie with a touch of modern taste. Kudos to the designers!

I was upgraded to a spacious suite with full length windows views of Amman. The suite was split to a spacious living room and a separate master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom. If you have been following me for a while you will notice how the interior design of the bathroom is one of the most important things I seek in a hotel. The St. Regis did not fail.
